NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 13, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2014CA000128AX, of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida. NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC, is Plaintiff and DAVID W. BALDWIN; THOMAS BALDWIN; RACHEL BALDWIN A/K/A RACHEL A. BAUMBACH; POINTE WEST HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; MIDLAND FUNDING LLC AS SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO CITIFINANCIAL; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA; STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE, are defendants. R.B. 'chips' Shore, Clerk of Court for MANATEE, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 13th day of February, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 31, BLOCK C, POINTE WEST SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 20, PAGES 12 THROUGH 15, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the
surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
