NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 13, 2015, and entered in Case No. 11-2013-CA-003129-0001XX of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida in which Onewest Bank, Fsb, is the Plaintiff and, Francis Aldonis, The Unknown Spouse, Heirs, Beneficiaries, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, And All Other Parties Claiming An Interest By, Through, Under Or Against The Estate Of B.K. Durkin A/K/A Brygida Durkin, Deceased, United States Of America, Acting On Behalf Of The Secretary Of Housing And Urban Development, Unknown Tenant #1 -n/k/a Shelly Rando, are defendants, the Collier County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, Collier County in the Lobby of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3rd floor, Collier County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 11 day of February, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
