NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 13, 2015, and entered in Case No. 10-02906-CA of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida in which PNC Bank, National Association, is the Plaintiff and Edward Schneider AKA Edward A. Schneider, Beach Club of Marco Condominium Association, Inc., Jeffrey H. Friedman, Unknown Spouse of Jeffrey H. Friedman N/K/A Margaret Friedman, Martha Schneider, Unknown Spouse of Eugene P. Baxendale, are defendants, the Collier County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, Collier County in the Lobby of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3rd floor, Collier County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 9 day of February, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 312, BEACH CLUB OF MARCO, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 1002, PAGE 408 THROUGH 456, AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A/K/A 901 S COLLIER BLVD. SOUTH, UNIT 312, MARCO ISLAND, FL 34145
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
