NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered January 12, 2015 in Civil Case No. 2014CA000303AX of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Bradenton, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST, N.A. AS TRUSTEE FOR VOLT NPL IX ASSET HOLDINGS TRUST, BY CALIBER HOME LOANS, INC., F/K/ VERICREST FINANCIAL, INC. AS ITS ATTORNEY IN FACT is Plaintiff and BRENDA DENARDIS, WAYNE A. DENARDIS, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION #1, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION #2, BRADEN RIVER LAKES MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC., MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR SUNTRUST MORTGAGE INC., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.manatee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 12th day of February, 2015 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 8, Block A, BRADEN RIVERS LAKES PHASE IV, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 27, Pages 65 thru 68, inclusive, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
