NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 13, 2015, and entered in Case No. 09-CA-006413 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida in which Bank Of America, N.a., is the Plaintiff and Diego Tenorio, Lyda Sanchez, are defendants, the Collier County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, Collier County in the Lobby of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3rd floor, Collier County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 11 day of February, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
THE EAST 165 FEET OF TRACT NO. 37 GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT NO 11, LESS THE NORTH 15 FEET OF THE SOUTH 65 FEET OF THE EAST 1/2 OF TRACT 37, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 103, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A/K/A 661 W GOLDEN GATE BLVD, NAPLES, FL 34120
