NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 13, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2013-CA-003114 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida in which Onewest Bank, Fsb, is the Plaintiff and Robert Mariani, Forest Lakes Condominium Association, Inc., Richard Mariani, Unknown Spouse of Richard A Mariani n/k/a Sandra Mariani, Unknown Spouse of Robert A Mariani n/k/a Shirley Anne Mariani, United States Of America, Acting On Behalf Of The Secretary Of Housing And Urban Development, are defendants, the Collier County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, Collier County in the Lobby of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3rd floor, Collier County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 11 day of February, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 1101, FOREST LAKES III, A CONDOMONIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD 2320, PAGE 1915, AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
