NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2014-CA-001222 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein Green Tree Servicing LLC, Plaintiff and Mario Garcia, Jr. et al. are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Dwight E. Brock, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash IN THE LOBBY ON THE 3RD FLOOR OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FLORIDA, 34112 AT 11:00 A.M. on February 11, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
UNIT 534, ST. CROIX AT PELICAN MARSH, A CONDOMINIUM, ACRORDING TO THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3776, PAGES 2841 THROUGH 2974, INCLUSIVE, AS AMENDED, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH THE EXCLUSIVE RIGHT TO USE PARKING SPACE 422. TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
