YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action has been filed against you to foreclose a Claim of Lien on the following described property:
Lot 162, PERIDIA, UNIT FOUR, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 24, Pages 100 through 112, inclusive, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
You are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to Plaintiff's attorney, Kelly M. Fernandez, Esq., Persson & Cohen, P.A., 6853 Energy Ct., Lakewood Ranch, Florida 34240 on or before thirty (30) days from the first date of publication, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff s attorney or immediately thereafter. If you fail to do so, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
