NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 03, 2010, and entered in Case No. 2008 CA 11925 of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein DEUSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE UNDER NOVASTAR MORTGAGE FUNDING TRUST, SERIES 2006-4, is Plaintiff and PHILLIP J. PENTICOST, et al., are the Defendants, the Manatee County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. on the 19th day of February, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 89, CORDOVA LAKES SUBDIVISION, PHASE II, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 20, PAGES 193 THROUGH 195, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA
Property Address: 6213 38th Avenue West, Bradenton, Florida 34209
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
