NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 21, 2014, and to an order resetting foreclosure sale, dated January 05, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2012 CA 006734 of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO BANK OF AMERICA NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO LASALLE BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR STRUCTURED ASSET INVESTMENT LOAN TRUST MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2004-6, is Plaintiff and Guillermo Castillo, et al., are the Defendants, the Manatee County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. on the 19th day of February, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to wit:
Lots 7 and 8, Block F, High School Addition to Manatee, according to the Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 2, Page 41 of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
Property Address: 602 5th Ave Drive E, Bradenton, FL 34208
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
