NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered January 12, 2015, and entered in Case No. 41-2010-CA-002990 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida in which Green Tree Servicing LLC, is the Plaintiff and Petra M. Winegar, Lexington Homeowners Association, Inc., Lexington Townhomes Neighborhood Association, Inc. d/b/a Lexington Townhome Neighborhood Association, Inc., Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as Nominee for Opteum Financial Services, LLC, are defendants, the Manatee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, Manatee County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 12th day of February, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
