NOTICE is hereby given that the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Manatee County, Florida, will on the 12th day of February, 2015, at 11:00AM, at Foreclosure sales conducted on internet: www.manatee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, offer for sale and sell at public outcry to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following-described property situate in Manatee County, Florida:
UNIT # B-5, IN WOODLAND GREEN II, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 19, PAGES 131 THROUGH 135, THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THE CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM FILED THE 28TH DAY OF FEBRUARY, 1986, IN O.R. BOOK 1138, PAGES 30 THROUGH 59, ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED 1/12TH SHARE OF THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
pursuant to the Final Judgment entered in a case pending in said Court, the style of which is indicated above.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
