NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, in accordance with the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 12th, 2015, and entered in Case No. 41-2012-CA-001679, of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida. Ventures Trust 2013-I-H-R by MCM Capital Partners, LLC, its trustee, Plaintiff and EVELINE GRONDIN; THEODORE GRONDIN; ET AL, are defendants. R.B. Chips Shore, Manatee County Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on www.manatee.realforeclose.com, SALE BEGINNING AT 11:00 AM on this February 27th, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
