NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 12, 2015, and entered in 2014CA004847AX of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE UNDER POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED AS OF MARCH 1, 2006 ASSET-BACKED SECURITIES CORPORATION HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST, SERIES NC 2006-HE2 ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES NC 2006-HE2 is the Plaintiff and SERGIO NEGRIN; ROXANNE NEGRIN are the Defendant(s). R.B. Shore III as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on February 12, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 10, BLOCK E, COUNTRY CLUB HEIGHTS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGES 14 THROUGH 16, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
