NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 20 October, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2012 CA 006973 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida in which Onewest Bank, FSB, is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Spouse, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees and All Other Parties Claiming an Interst By, Through, Under or Against the Estate of Juanita White, deceased, Lynette White, Eddie Lee Horne, Jeffrey Horne, United States of America, acting on the Behalf of The Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, Unknown Tenant #1 n/k/a Rufus Smith, Vincent D. White, are defendants, the Manatee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, Manatee County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 20th of February, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
