NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 14, 2014, entered in Case No. 13-CA-053362 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein Ocwen Loan Servicing, LLC is the Plaintiff and William Gutierrez; Ruth Gutierrez; Any and All Unknown Parties Claiming By, Through, Under, and Against The Herein Named Individual Defendant(s) Who are Not Known to Be Dead or Alive, Whether said Unknown Parties May Claim an Interest as Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees or Other Claimants; Unknown Tenant(s) whose name is fictitious to account for parties in possession are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.lee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on the 13 day of April, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 6, BLOCK 5, UNIT 1, LEHIGH ACRES, SECTION 21 TOWNSHIP 44 SOUTH, RANGE 26 EAST, LEHIGH ACRES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 26, PAGE 37, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
