CHL MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH TRUST 2006-OA5, MORTGAGE PASS THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-OA5 is the Plaintiff, and JANET L. PEARSON-HOLROYD, et al., are the Defendants, Lee County Clerk of Court will sell the property situated in Lee County, Florida, described as:
LOTS 23 AND 24, BLOCK D, BEACH ESTATES, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 68, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, LESS AND EXCEPT THE WESTERLY 11 FEET PREVIOUSLY DEEDED TO LEE COUNTY FOR ROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY PROPOSES.
at public sale, to the highest bidder, for cash, at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 09:00 AM, on the 11 day of May, 2015. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
