NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated JAN 8, 2015 and entered in Case No. 12-CA-057278 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE COUNTY, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, is Plaintiff, and STEPHEN PILLA, JR, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 9:00 am www.lee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 9 day of MARCH, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 6, Block 56, Unit 7, Section 13, Township 45 South, Range 26 East, Lehigh Acres, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 15, at Page 99, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
