RE-NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale filed January 12, 2015 and entered in Case No. 09-CA-062016 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE COUNTY, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR WAMU MORTGAGE PASS THROUGH CERTIFICATE FOR WMALT 2006-AR4 TRUST, is Plaintiff, and STEVEN PARCHMENT, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 9:00 am at www.lee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 11 day of February, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Lis Pendens, to wit:
Lot 5, Block D, Sir Michael's Place, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 67, Page 95 through 97, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
