NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on the 13 day of January, 2015, in Civil Action No. 14-CC-003598 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, in which BERMUDA GARDENS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. is the Plaintiff and IRWIN N. KELLEN, JR., BARCLAYS BANK DELAWARE, WATER HEATERS DIRECT and ALAN G. REEVES are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00 a.m., on the 12 day of February, 2015, the following described real property set forth in the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure in Lee County, Florida:
Unit 203, Building 2, Phase 2, BERMUDA GARDENS, a condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Record Book 2670, page(s) 739- 814, et seq., public records of Lee County, Florida, together with all appurtenances thereunto appertaining and specified in said Condominium Declaration, as may be amended.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
