NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated January 7, 2015, and entered in Case No. 12-CA-053892 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE COUNTY, Florida, wherein BAYVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC, is Plaintiff, and JACK H. LINDSTROM, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 9:00 am at www.lee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 8 day of April, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO. 205, BUILDING 14,OF VILLAS OF VENEZIA CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN CLERK'S FILE NO.: 2006000349245, AT PAGE 84, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO AS SET FORTH IN SAID DECLARATION.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
