NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Consent Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered by the Court on the 14 day of January, 2015, in that certain cause pending in the Circuit Court in and for Lee County, Florida, Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for American Home Mortgage Assets Trust 2006-2, Mortgage-Backed Pass-Through Certificates Series 2006-2 is Plaintiff, and Elena Gonzalez, Manuel Gonzalez, City of Cape Coral, Florida, Board of County Commissioners of Lee county, Florida, Unknown Tenant#l, and Unknown Tenant#2 are the Defendants, in Civil Action Case No. 2009-CA 051067. The Clerk of the aforesaid Court, will at 9 a.m., on April 15, 2015, offer for sale and sell to the highest bidder for cash via online foreclosure sale at www.lee.realforeclose.com, the following described real property, situate and being in Lee County, Florida, to-wit:
LOT 2, BLOCK 100, UNIT 11, SECTION 3, TOWNSHIP 45 SOUTH, RANGE 26 EAST, LEHIGH ACRES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, PAGE(S) 95 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
