NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Consent Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered by the Court on the 14 day of January, 2015, in that certain cause pending in the Circuit Court in and for Lee County, Florida, Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for American Home Mortgage Assets Trust 2006-5, Mortgage-Backed Pass-Through Certificates Series 2006- 5, is Plaintiff, and Scott R. Rinden, Unknown Spouse of Scott R. Rinden, Unknown Tenant #1, and Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, in Civil Action Case No.11-CA-053388. The Clerk of the aforesaid Court, will at 9 a.m., on April 15, 2015, offer for sale and sell to the highest bidder for cash via online foreclosure sale at www.lee.realforeclose.com, the following described real property, situate and being in Lee County, Florida, to-wit:
LOT 4, IN BLOCK A, OF MIROMAR LAKES UNIT VI, BELLAMARE SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 74, AT PAGE 17, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Said sale will be made pursuant to and in order to satisfy the terms of the Consent Final Judgment of Foreclosure
