NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed January 15, 2015 entered in Civil Case No. 36-2013-CA-052135 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County,Ft. Myers, Florida, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, at 9:00AM on 18 day of February, 2015 on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment:
Lot 4, Block 10, Willow Lake, Section 33, Township 44 South, Range 27 East, Lehigh Acres, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 15, Page 49, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
