Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure filed the 15 day of January, 2015, and entered in Case No. 13-CC-2000 in the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein VARSITY LAKES OWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff and JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.Ais the Defendant. That I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash beginning at 9:00 AM at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 18 day of February, 2015 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure, to-wit:
Lot 17, Block F, Varsity Lakes Phase IV according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 60, Pages 25 and 26, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
