MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST,SERIES 2006-AB1, MORTGAGE PASS THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2006-AB1., is the Plaintiff and RICHARD CLARK A/K/A RICHARD G. CLARKE ; VIRGINIA R. CLARK; BANK OF AMERICA N.A. ; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A RACHEL CLARK ; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; RICHARD CLARK A/K/A RICHARD G. CLARKE; VIRGINIA R. CLARK are the Defendant(s). Linda Doggett as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on April 8, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 47 AND 48, BLOCK 41, CAPE CORAL UNIT 6 PART 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT RECORDED IN PALT BOOK 12, PAGE(S) 58 TO 62, INCLUSIVE, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
