NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 12/16/2014, and entered in 14-CA-050022 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC D/B/A CHAMPION MORTGAGE COMPANY, is the Plaintiff and GREG SCHREFFLER AS PLENARY GUARDIAN OF THE PERSON OF DIANA SINCLAIRE, F/K/A DIANE SISKA; GREG SCHREFFLER AS PLENARY GUARDIAN OF THE PROPERTY OF DIANA SINCLAIRE, F/K/A DIANE SISKA; DIANA SINCLAIRE, F/K/A DIANE SISKA; LOVERS KEY BEACH CLUB CONDOMINIUM, INC. F/K/A BLACK ISLAND CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; BLACK ISLAND MASTER CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ACTING ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 are the Defendant(s). Linda Doggett as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on April 15, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT A-304, BLACK ISLAND CONDOMINIUM, NOW KNOWN AS LOVER'S KEY BEACH CLUB CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 1731, PAGE 4456, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
