NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 16, 2015, entered in Case No. 14-CA-051643 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein Central Mortgage Comapny is the Plaintiff and Elizabeth G. James; Richard James; McGregor Pines Community Association, Inc. are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.lee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on February 18, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 3, MCGREGOR PINES SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 39, PAGES 1 THROUGH 3, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
