DI DONATO ; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF WILLIAM DIDONATO A/K/A WILLIAM N. DI DONATO; MARY T. DI DONATO A/K/A MARY T. DIDONATO ; OLDE HICKORY VERANDAS 4, 5 & 6 CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s). OF COVENANTS, CONDITIONS AND RESTRICTIONS FOR THE OLDE HICKORY GOLF AND COUNTRY CLUB, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2266, PAGE 3651, AMENDED IN O.R. BOOK 2296, PAGE 1042, O.R. BOOK 2342 PAGE 4594, O.R. BOOK 2343, PAGE 958, O.R. BOOK 2406, PAGE 1833, AND O.R. BOOK 2422, PAGE 455, AND CONSENT AND JOINDER AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2272, PAGES 4531 AND 4532, ALL IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
