BOOK 2422, PAGE 455, AND CONSENT AND JOINDER AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2272, PAGES 4531 AND 4532, ALL IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
