NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 06, 2015 and entered in CASE NO.: 14-CC-004033 in the County Court in and for Lee County, Florida wherein Meadowbrook of Bonita Springs Homeowners Association, Inc., INC., a Florida Not For Profit Corporation, is Plaintiff, and wherein Defendant Novastar Mortgage, Inc. is Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in accordance with section 45.031, Florida Statutes, at: www.lee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM, on the 6th day of February, 2015, the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
