NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Amended Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 13, 2015, entered in Civil Case No. 09-CA-058128 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein the Clerk of the Circuit Court, Linda Doggett will sell to the highest bidder for cash on 12 day of February, 2015, at 9:00 a.m. at website: https://www.lee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, relative to the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 24 AND 25, BLOCK 4460, CAPE CORAL, UNIT NO. 63, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 21, PAGE(S) 48-81, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
