NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 16, 2015, entered in Civil Case No. 36-2014-CA-050139 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on 18 day of May, 2015, at 9:00 a.m. at website: https://www.lee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, relative to the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
A PARCEL OF LAND LYING IN BLOCK 17 OF HOMESTEAD OF JAMES EVANS, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF ON FILE AND RECORDED IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF CIRCUIT COURT OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 23, WHICH PARCEL IS MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
BEGINNING AT A POINT ON THE SOUTHEASTERLY SIDE OF FIRST STREET, 127 FEET EASTERLY FROM THE POINT OF INTERSECTION OF THE EAST SIDE OF PARK AVENUE WITH THE SOUTH SIDE OF FIRST STREET; THENCE GO EASTERLY ALONG THE SOUTHERLY SIDE OF FIRST STREET FOR 150 FEET; THENCE SOUTHERLY AND PARALLEL WITH PARK AVENUE FOR 210 FEET; THENCE WESTERLY AND PARALLEL WITH FIRST STREET FOR 150 FEET; THENCE NORTHERLY AND PARALLEL WITH PARK AVENUE FOR 210 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.

COMMENCING AT THE INTERSECTION OF THE SOUTH RIGHT-OF-WAY OF FIRST STREET, ALSO KNOWN AS PALM BEACH BOULEVARD (60 FEET WIDE) AND THE EASTERLY RIGHT OF-WAY OF PARK AVENUE, AS PLATTED (34 FEET WIDE); THENCE ON AN ASSUMED BEARING OF NORTH 55°00'00”E, FOR A DISTANCE OF 8.00 FEET TO THE NEW EAST RIGHT OF-WAY LINE OF PARK AVENUE (25 FEET FROM THE ORIGINAL CENTERLINE OF PARK AVENUE, 50 FEET WIDE); THENCE SOUTH 35°00'00” E FOR A DISTANCE OF 210 FEET; THENCE NORTH 55°00'00”E FOR 119 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING. THENCE SOUTH 35°00'00”E FOR A DISTANCE OF 100 FEET; THENCE NORTH 55°00'00”E A DISTANCE OF 145 FEET; THENCE NORTH 35°00'00”W FOR A DISTANCE OF 100 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 55°00'00”W FOR A DISTANCE OF 145 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING. THE SOUTH RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE OF PALM BEACH BOULEVARD IS ASSUMED TO BEAR EAST AND ALL OTHER LINES ARE RELATIVE THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
