NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 16, 2015, and entered in Case No. 36-2012-CA-056975 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, NA as Trustee for Wamu Mortgage Pass through Certificates Series 2005-PR2 Trust, is the Plaintiff and East Greens Condominium, Inc., Patricia Neace a/k/a Patricia A. Neace a/k/a Pat Curtis, Gary D. Stuble, are defendants, the Lee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes , at 9:00am on the 19 day of February, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
CONDOMINIUM PARCEL G, UNIT NO. 7, EAST GREENS, A CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 833, AT PAGE 631, AND AS DESCRIBED BY THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 194, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO.
