NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 16, 2015, and entered in 12-CA-056996 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF BANC OF AMERICA MORTGAGE SECURITIES, INC., MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-6, is the Plaintiff and ALICIA B. KELLEY AKA ALICIA BROWNER KELLEY; IVAN A. BROWNER; STEVEN BROWNER AKA STEVEN I. BROWNER; MATT KELLEY ; BANK OF AMERICA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION; TENANT are the Defendant(s). Linda Doggett as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM on May 18, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
FROM THE SOUTHEASTERLY CORNER OF BLOCK “I” OF MCPHIE PARK SUBDIVISION (UNIT NO.2) ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 59, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA; THENCE RUN' SOUTHWESTERLY ALONG A LINE WHICH IS AN EXTENSION OF THE SOUTHEASTERLY LINE OF SAID BLOCK “I” TO THE WATERS OF THE GULF OF MEXICO; THENCE SOUTHEASTERLY ALONG THE WATERS OF SAID GULF TO A POINT 590 FEET, AS MEASURED AT RIGHT ANGLES TO THE LAST MENTIONED COURSE; THENCE NORTHEASTERLY ON A LINE PARALLEL TO THE SOUTHEASTERLY LINE OF THE AFOREMENTIONED BLOCK “I” TO THE EASTERLY SIDE OF THE COUNTY ROAD DEDICATED IN DEED BOOK 193, AT PAGE 583, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA; THENCE SOUTHEASTERLY ALONG THE EASTERLY SIDE OF SAID COUNTY ROAD 404.16 FEET TO THE. SOUTHERLY SIDE OF A DEDICATED STREET; THENCE NORTHEASTERLY ALONG THE SOUTHERLY SIDE OF SAID STREET PARALLEL TO THE SOUTHEASTERLY LINE OF AFOREMENTIONED BLOCK “I” A DISTANCE OF 166.19 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING OF THE LAND HEREIN DESCRIBED; THENCE CONTINUE ALONG THE SAME COURSE 80.02 FEET; THENCE SOUTHEASTERLY AT RIGHT ANGLES TO THE LAST MENTIONED COURSE A DISTANCE OF 120 FEET TO THE NORTHERLY SIDE OF CANAL; THENCE SOUTHWESTERLY AT RIGHT ANGLES TO THE LAST MENTIONED COURSE AND ALONG THE NORTHERLY SIDE OF THE.
