NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated January 16, 2015 entered in Civil Case No.: 36-2013-CA-050227 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE COUNTY, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is Plaintiff, and ROBERTO ORTIZ; ANGELA AREIZA; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ROBERTO ORTIZ; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ANGELA AREIZA; STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; LUZ E. REYES; THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA; LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAME UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, are Defendants.
LINDA DOGGETT, the Clerk of Court shall sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 a.m. on the 18 day of February, 2015, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 9 AND 10, BLOCK 25, UNIT NO. 2, FORT MYERS SHORES, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGE 7, 8 AND 9, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
This property is located at the Street address of: 2220 Lily Road, Fort Myers, FL 33905
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
