NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 16, 2014, and entered U.S. BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE TO BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO LASALLE BANK, N.A. AS TRUSTEE FOR FIRST FRANKLIN MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-FF2, is the Plaintiff and CARY T. OVERSTREET and JANITH M. OVERSTREET are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.pasco.realforeclose.com at 11:00 a.m. on the 12th day of February, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
