The action was instituted in the Circuit Court, Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco, Florida; Case No. 2014-CA-003462WS; and is styled CALIBER HOME LOANS, INC. vs. RICARDO FORERO; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF RICARDO FORERO; VILLA DEL RIO HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; VIVA VILLAS MAINTENANCE CORPORATION; UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION #1 AND UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION #2. You are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to the action on Valerie N. Edgecombe Brown, Esq., Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 255 S. Orange Ave., Ste. 900, Orlando, FL 32801-3454, on or before FEB 23 2015, (or 30 days from the first date of publication) and file the original with the clerk of this court either before service on FEB 23 2015 or immediately after service; otherwise, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
The court has authority in this suit to enter a judgment or decree in the Plaintiff's intrest which will be binding upon you.
