YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that a complaint for mortgage foreclosure has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any to it on J. Heft, Esq., Higer Lichter & Givner, LLP, attorneys for Plaintiff, whose address is 18305 Biscayne Boulevard, Suite 302, Aventura, Florida 33160 and file the original with the clerk of the above styled court on or before FEB 23 2015; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief prayed in the complaint or petition.
This notice shall be published once a week for four consecutive weeks in the Business Observer.
