SELLERS F/K/A JULIE SMITH; WELLS FARGO BANK, NA; MEADOWVIEW PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; GENERAL HOME DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.PASCO.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES at 11:00AM, on 2/19/2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
