NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered December 22, 2014 in Civil Case No. 14-CA-006666 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Tampa, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC is Plaintiff and GARY GARRISON, ALLAN WEISTOCK, SKYPOINT CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 1 N/K/A DAVID BREEN, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 2, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ALLAN WEISTOCK, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF GARY GARRISON N/K/A BONNIE GARRISON, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Hillsborough.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 9th day of February, 2015 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
UNIT NO. 2008, OF SKYPOINT, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF DATED JUNE 1, 2007, AS RECORDED JUNE 4, 2007, IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 17814, PAGE 346, AND ALL EXHIBITS ATTACHED THERETO, AND ALL AMENDMENTS THEREOF, AND ACCORDING TO THE PLAT OR MAP THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 23, PAGE 188, ALL, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY; FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
