BROOKS, TISHANNA LYNN BROOKS, UNKNOWN HEIRS OF THE ESTATE OF MARY JACQUELYN LAMORDER, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA DEPARTMENT OF TREASURY- INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE, WORLDWIDE ASSET PURCHASING, LLC AS SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO DIRECT MERCHANTS BANK, N.A., CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT OF AND FOR HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, A POLITICAL SUBDIVISION OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA., FORD MOTOR CREDIT COMPANY, LLC, STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE ON BEHALF OF MINOR CHILD DANNY DONLEY, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT, VERONICA BROOKS, WAYNE BROOKS, CINDY O`BRYANT, TIMOTHY O`BRYANT, MARY BROOKS ROBINSON, SCOTT ROBINSON, STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 1, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 2, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MARY JACQUELYN LAMORDER, any and all unknown parties claiming by, through, under, and against Mary Jacquelyn LaMorder, whether said unknown parties may claim an interest as spouses, heirs, devisees, grantees, or other claimants are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Hillsborough.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 10th day of February, 2015 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 4, Block 2, PEBBLEBROOK, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 59, Page 54, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
