CONDOMINIUM UNIT NO. 58, OF TEMPLE TERRACE PATIO HOMES, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3071, PAGE 695, AS AMENDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3665, PAGE 1815, AND IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4404, PAGE 1568 AND IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 79, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA; AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO; TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Sean M. Moloney, Esquire, Brock & Scott, PLLC., the Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 1501 N.W. 49th Street, Suite 200, Ft. Lauderdale, FL. 33309, within thirty (30) days of the first date of publication on or before February 23, 2015, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on the Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
