NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated October 30, 2014, and entered in Case No. 12-CA-019714 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, is the Plaintiff and Citifinancial Equity Services, Inc., Jennifer Cromartie also known as Jennifer Nolte, Rodney V. Cromartie also known as Rodney Cromartie, Tenant # 1 also known as Dontari Hitchman, are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 13th day of February, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
