NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 22, 2014, entered in Case No. 08-CA-011920 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein Bank of America, N.A. is the Plaintiff and Delma Loperena and Loperena, Unknown Spouse of Delma Loperena, if married; Rafael R. Millayes a/k/a Rafael Millayes-Nieves and Millayes, Unknown Spouse of Rafael R. Millayes a/k/a Rafael Millayes-Nieves, if married; Henry M. Shaffer; Kathleen F. Shaffer; Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., acting solely as nominee for Countywide Home Loans, Inc.; John Doe and Jane Doe are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m on the 9th day of February, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 16, IN BLOCK 4, OF WINSTON PARK UNIT NO. 3, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 46, AT PAGE 42 PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
