NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 23, 2014, and entered in 10-CA-000404 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON TRUST COMPANY, AS SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE TO BANK OF AMERICA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION (SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO LASALLE BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION) AS TRUSTEE FOR MORGAN STANLEY MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2007-10XS, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-10XS PURSUANT TO THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED AS OF JUNE 1, 2007 is the Plaintiff and MAYRA ERKLAUER; UNKNOWN PARTIES IN POSSESSION #1 N/K/A VALERIE PAULIN are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on February 10, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 9, BLOCK 2, HAMPTON PARK UNIT NO. 3, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 57, PAGE 12, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
