NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 23, 2014, and entered in 10-CA-005869 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein OCWEN LOAN SERVICING, LLC is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF PATRICIA A. LASTINGER A/K/A PATRICIA ANN LASTINGER, DECEASED; THE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION OF THE PALMS, INC.; JAMES THOMAS LASTINGER; DEBRA GILMORE are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on February 10, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

THENCE CONTINUE SOUTHWESTERLY ALONG A CURVE TO THE LEFT (HAVING A RADIUS OF 100.00 FEET AND A CHORD BEARING SOUTH 13°25'15” WEST AND MEASURES 22.24 FEET), AN ARC DISTANCE OF 22.29 FEET; THENCE NORTH 74°52'04” WEST, 32.80 FEET;
THENCE NORTH 65°11'15” WEST, 77.56 FEET; THENCE NORTH 01°20'45” WEST, 25.63 FEET; THENCE NORTH 44°04'08” EAST, 1.06 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 65°11'15” EAST, 88.50 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 71°57'56” EAST, 28.14 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
