NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 23, 2014, and entered in 10-CA-006479 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE HOLDERS OF THE MERRILL LYNCH MORTGAGE INVESTORS INC,, MORTGAGE PASS THROUGH CERTIFICATES, MANA SERIES 2007-A1 is the Plaintiff and DENA GREEN; DAVID GREEN; UNKNOWN TENANT (S) N/K/A ROBERT FLEMING ; UNKNOWN TENANT are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on February 10, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
TRACT 16, FROM THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF GOVERNMENT LOT 5, IN SECTION 9, TOWNSHIP 30 SOUTH, RANGE 20 EAST, HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA. RUN WEST 501.0 FEET ALONG THE SOUTH BOUNDARY OF SAID GOVERNMENT LOT 5, THENCE NORTH 8.97 FEET; THENCE NORTH 55° 53' WEST 539.61 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE CONTINUE ALONG LAST DESCRIBED COURSE 389.67 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 30° 49' 36” WEST 578.95 FEET; THENCE EAST 17.47 FEET ALONG THE NORTH BOUNDARY OF WINN ROAD, THENCE NORTH 30° 49' 36” EAST 291.13 FEET THENCE EAST 463.85 FEET, THENCE NORTH 21° 25' 57” WEST 30.72 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
