JAGMOHAN; HAPSHIRE VILLAS HOMEOWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) N/K/A LAKEISH HARBIMAN are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on February 10, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

THENCE SOUTH 300.07 FEET; THENCE NORTH 89 DEGREES 51' 30 W., 173.76 FEET., THENCE NORTH 00 DEGREES 11' 58” E., 7.82 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE NORTH 00 DEGREES 11' 58”E., 44.34 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 89 DEGREES 48' 02”E., 64.64 FEET THENCE SOUTH 00 DEGREES 11' 58 W., 44.34 FEET; THENCE NORTH 89 DEGREES 48' 02” W., 64.64 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING LESS THE WEST 48.32 FEET.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
