NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 23, 2014, and entered in 10-CA-006437 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein US BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF BANC OF AMERICA FUNDING 2008-FT1 TRUST, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES, 2008-FT1, ET SEQ is the Plaintiff and COREY L WALTZ A/K/A COREY LYNN WALTZ; BANK OF AMERICA, N.A.; THE GRAND RESERVE CONDOMINIUMS AT TAMPA, INC; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF COREY L WALTZ A/K/A COREY LYNN WALTZ; UNKNOWN TENANT N/K/A KEVIN MCDOWELL are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on February 10, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 311, OF THE GRAND RESERVE CONDOMINIUM AT TAMPA, FLORIDA, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMININIUM THERETO AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 16605, PAGE 672, THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
