Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in this cause, in the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein Bayview Loan Servicing, Plaintiff, and Barbara Ann Walker and Dorothy Mae Bailey, et al., are Defendants, the Clerk shall offer for sale to the highest bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 am on the 5th day of March, 2015, the following descripted property as set forth in the Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 2 in Block 22 of SUBURB ROYAL SUBDIVISION according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 14, Page 11, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
